SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically ship within 2 business days after payment is received.
Please note that custom orders and pre-sale items may take 2–4 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted in the item listing or your order confirmation.

While many orders ship sooner, we appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully prepare each order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right:

- Within 7 days of receipt: Returns are accepted for a full refund

- Days 8–30 after receipt: Returns are accepted for store credit only

- After 30 days: Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be processed

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

FINAL SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, and pre-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following items are also considered final sale:

- Custom or personalized items

- Pre-sale items

- Earrings (for sanitary reasons)

- Items discounted more than 40%

- Clothing, shoes, or jewelry that show signs of wear

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, STORE CREDIT, OR REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at becky@coralcottageboutiques.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the damaged item

- Photos of the original packaging

Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.
